What does the immediate and midterm future hold for caterers in the current unsettled environment? This session will address the macro level anxieties expressed by caterers within and outside the LCA. These include tariffs, food cost inflation, immigration restrictions, weakened institutions, declining population growth, and other concerns. Attendees will relate how these factors are affecting their businesses, and what mitigation strategies have been used.
