Focus: Strategies to align Operations Processes with the unique demands of Culinary Teams. During this session we will dive into where these departments fit within the company structure and how they interact with each other. We will also discuss recognition, career growth, inclusion in company-wide meetings, cross-department events and communication between these two essential departments.
Why it works: Shows chefs how they can feel less isolated and demonstrates to Operation leaders how small HR/culture actions make kitchens feel part of the larger family.
