Norm Bennett, Owner, 24 Carrots Catering & Events
Norm Bennett is the founder and advisor of 24 Carrots Catering & Events, an employee-owned Southern California hospitality group known for surprise-and-delight catering, immersive experiences, distinctive venue partnerships, and highly curated brand collaborations and displays.
Swiss-born and French-trained, Norm is a chef by trade. He founded 24 Carrots in 2004 to break the status quo in catering and create experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and anything but ordinary. Many of his recipes have become repeat-client favorites, requested time and again.
What began as boutique catering has grown into a creative hospitality partner for events and venues throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Norm is passionate about creating a place where people can do work they’re proud of and building a company whose care for its people carries through to every guest experience. That belief helped shape 24 Carrots’ transition to employee ownership in 2024.
As Founder and Advisor, Norm continues to bring perspective and stewardship to the company’s next chapter. His philosophy is hospitality without compromise: an unwavering refusal to settle for the ordinary in catering and events, and a commitment to making every experience distinctly memorable.
