Dave’s professional background is firmly rooted in business accounting and financial analysis. As a graduate of Pepperdine University, he established and ran several family businesses in the investment industry before migrating to hospitality. He loves the daily challenges and team approach at 24 Carrots that fosters a true family atmosphere. Dave oversees key administrative departments that include accounting, staffing, and human resources. He is also passionate about guiding critical business decisions through responsible financial practices and raising accountability across the organization.
