Leslie Janssen, CeXP, Founder, COO and Senior Advisor, Compass Executive Group
Leslie Janssen’s passion for business began early—she read her first business book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, in high school. She grew up immersed in an entrepreneurial family, experiencing firsthand what it takes to build and sustain a business, as well as the challenges that come with transitioning out of one. This experience fuels her dedication to helping small business owners plan for long-term success—whether through building value, leadership development, or smooth succession strategies. Leslie knows that when small business owners thrive, their impact carries to their employees, their families, and their clients. She’s passionate about helping entrepreneurs see what’s possible, supporting them through challenges, and reminding them, “You’re not alone—you can do this.” Since 2020, Leslie has dedicated herself to helping business owners view and build their companies as true assets—ones that provide value beyond just revenue and are positioned for a strong future. She’s here to help entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality and create businesses that last.
