Suzi Shands, Co-President, Mintahoe Catering & Events
Suzi has over 30 years of catering industry experience & plays a pivotal role in the growth of Mintahoe Catering & Events. She began working at the front desk and quickly moved into Sales, booking large events, serving 2,500 guests. Now, as Co-President of Mintahoe, she continues to drive innovation. Suzi is also actively involved in the community and industry, serving on the Board of the International Caterers Association and chair of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Committee.
