Rosie Gizelt has spent more than 20 years working across the many moving parts of hospitality, from training and event operations to e-commerce, systems, and technology. She is currently Manager of E-commerce & Strategic Growth at Puff 'n Stuff Catering, where her work focuses on e-commerce, automation, and process improvement.Previously, Rosie led Special Events for Bon Appétit Management Company at Google, and her background includes national catering operations, high-volume events, and a decade in corporate training.Rosie is also the founder of Click to Table, where she turns years of catering know-how into practical tools and resources for event professionals. She's especially interested in using technology to solve the unglamorous problems behind great hospitality, giving teams better systems and more time to take care of people.
