Jolie Oree-Bailey, Owner, Sales Director and Executive Chef, Low Country Quisine
Meet Enjolik Ramize “Jolie” Oree-Bailey, known as Chef Jolie—a chef, entrepreneur, and founder of Low Country Quisine. Rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Charleston, South Carolina’s Lowcountry, Jolie’s story is one of resilience, ambition, and the courage to pursue her passion.
Raised by a family that modeled strength, perseverance, and the value of hard work, Jolie was deeply influenced by her grandparents and her mother, whose examples helped shape both the woman and entrepreneur she would become. She first built a successful career in corporate America before answering her calling to the culinary world. Her journey even included an appearance in the 1991 film Fried Green Tomatoes, but it was food—and the connection it creates—that ultimately captured her heart.
In 2007, Chef Jolie took a leap of faith and launched Low Country Quisine. What began as a dream to bring people together through memorable food and hospitality has grown into a thriving seven-figure catering company serving clients throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and beyond.
Today, Chef Jolie is celebrated for her bold, flavorful cuisine and for building a business rooted in excellence, culture, connection, and the belief that great food has the power to bring people together.
