Carizza Rose is Chief Creative Officer of 24 Carrots Catering & Events, an employee-owned Southern California hospitality group known for surprise-and-delight catering, immersive experiences, distinctive venue partnerships, and highly curated brand collaborations and displays.
Carizza first experienced 24 Carrots as a client.
The experience changed what she believed catering could be: personal, thoughtful, and full of possibility. She was deeply convinced by what the company stood for and wanted to help shape its future. She joined the team in Sales in 2013. Two years later, she pitched the idea of building a dedicated marketing function. That instinct to see what the company could become has shaped her career ever since: she went on to lead marketing and creative as a Director, became 24 Carrots' first Chief Brand Officer, and now serves as Chief Creative Officer. In this role, she connects the company's creative vision to what each guest experiences, shaping the details that make 24 Carrots distinct and unmistakable.
Carizza sees brand as a north star: a promise carried through every interaction and brought to life through deliberate effort and clear standards. She believes deeply in hospitality without compromise: the refusal to settle for ordinary. Her vision is to make 24 Carrots unmistakable in every detail: for every guest and employee, and in every interaction.
