Prior to founding Gerstel Advisory, Andrew served as Chief Executive Officer of Windows Catering in Washington DC, overseeing the strategic direction and operations of a $30M+ enterprise and guiding a team of 400+ professionals. Andrew is deeply engaged in the business community, serving on multiple boards, including YPO Board of Directors, Instawork Advisory Board, Special Event Magazine Board of Advisors, River Bend Club Board of Directors, and as an Ambassador for Inova Hospital System.
